Payments

All payments must
be made in U.S. Dollars ($USD).

We accept Visa, MasterCard,
Discover, and the American Express Card.

Payment by cheque (check)
is available. To pay by cheque, select that method of payment at checkout,
and send us a copy of your order confirmation email, with your cheque for
the amount due, as instructed in the email. Your order will be shipped
out after your cheque has cleared. Do not send cash, stamps, or travellers' cheques.

All payments, whether
by credit card or cheque, must be verified before your purchase is shipped.
If your credit card purchase is denied or your cheque does not clear, you
will be notified by email. A bounced cheque fee ($50.00) may apply in the
case of a cheque that is not paid by the issuing bank.

If an item is out
of stock (other than special-order items and some jewellery), backordered, or discontinued, you will be notified by email.

We cannot guarantee
delivery by a certain date; however, if you notify us in the "comments"
area of the purchase process that you would prefer delivery by a certain
date, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. If rush delivery
is required, you will be charged for any additional shipping expenses.

Returns are accepted
within 30 days of purchase; custom-made or custom-ordered and 'final sale' merchandise is not returnable or refundable. Please notify us by phone or email if returning an order, and include the original order number in your message. Repackage items just as received and return by postal mail or UPS. Include a copy of the original order (use the packing slip or the email invoice you received confirming your purchase). To return by mail, send to: Thistle Stop Shop, PO Box 25, Woodsboro, MD 21798. To return by UPS, send to: Thistle Stop Shop, 4 North Main St., Woodsboro, MD 21798.

card purchase or cheque is not approved by the processor or bank, you will
be notified, and you may be able to arrange payment by another means.
